  They are hard to get a hold of over the phone. However once you can get a hold of them they are quite nice. I've only been inside once and the atmosphere is comfortable, quiet, and respectful.

  Worst bank branch around. Went in to get a temporary debit card. They had me wait for Lory who hey said would be right with me, for a half hour before finally I had to raise a fuss. Turns out: Lory wasn't even there, wouldn't be back for another 45 mins. They said the bank manager would not be able to help me either, and the only other employees were tellers. So, after having me wait, then telling me to wait another 45 mins with no other option, I had to leave. They wasted my time, were utterly rude and unprofessional about it, didn't even know who was staffed and would be available to help me, gave me false information, and then ultimately did NOTHING to replace my debt card. Thanks, Wells! Some courtesy you guys practice. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH
