  The Metro Apartments may be appealing at first glance, however, they are poorly maintained and even more poorly managed. The management staff is not very helpful. Furthermore, they are rude, demanding and seem to hold grudges. We have received emails from the building manager that are unequivocally rude. They seem to not understand that tenants pay upwards of 3 grand a month and should be treated with adequate customer service, and at the least some respect. Our dishwasher has been draining into the sink and all over the counter since we moved here two months ago. After 4 work orders, it is still draining into the sink and their solution was to tell us that it we shouldn't put food in the garbage disposal. This place is a sham. And no, please do not ask me to call the leasing office. Fix our appliances and treat your tenets with some respect.
