- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Auto loans are a joke. Some how they have the wrong account and so I keep getting a 30 dollar processing fee. Called at least 6 times to have it fixed. It takes forever to get anyone on the phone. When you do employees are rude. Then put you on hold and I end up back at the menu. Waited 45 minutes as there recording said my wait time was 13 minutes. I have never had such troubles with an auto loan. Never again will I deal with this bank or recommend it to anyone. HORRIBLE!
