  Looks like someone actually reads these, very well. Property manager V. B. failed to put my new roommate on the lease for weeks until 3 days before he was supposed to move in - he actually changed his plans. Since he was never on the lease - I was left with no security deposit to compensate this. I did find a new potential roommate, but the trouble with adding him to the lease continued. Manager was hard to reach, often no replies, lots of confusion. Things worked out, but it should never be this stressful! Now I am trying to reach the office about this weird noise that's going on in our unit, Low vibrations like there is a truck parked right outside. I did figure out that the noise is coming from the a.c. directly under our unit. Very difficult to sleep with the contrast of it going on and off. I work on weekends, got very little sleep. If you're going to use the "we are closed on weekends" excuse, well, remember that I called you on Friday.
