  BEWARE of the hidden fees charged by this place. I had to rent 4 offices here while some of my other offices were under construction and they constantly tried to sneak in all sorts of fees. After agreeing to waive the deposit, upon renewal of the agreements, they snuck in that I now owed $12,000 in security deposits despite having all my offices on auto pay on my credit card. For my business this was fine but for most very young businesses here that would be a death blow to their cash flow. Regus has extremely shady and fraudulent business practices and I recommend that you go with another temp office solution. Also, beware the monthly charge for coffee/tea of like $30 per month that they sneak in.
